• A CTS Project Manager will be assigned to each project and is required to provide the following:
• Organize the progress of all scheduling, track work orders and make accessible to Client timely progress reports.
• Serve as single point of contact, or conduit, for the customer for the duration of the project.
• Be available for any meetings pertaining to this particular project.
• Communicate the status of the implementation to the required personnel.
• Manage any schedule or procedural changes desired.
• Communicate such changes to all relevant Core Technology Solutions personnel.

• Defining resource skill set requirements and geographic need
• Defining project deliverables
• Defining training requirements and methodology

• Ensure all project collateral has been delivered
• Evaluate performance to plan
• Meet periodically both internally and with the client to discuss project successes as well as areas of challenge.

• Pilot the defined SOW & evaluate. Adjust if necessary.
• Train & mentor delivery teams.
• Execute the SOW.
