Management Team

The CTS management team has collectively, over 75 years of experience in software development, finance, sales and marketing, including 25 years of IT operations experience on the part of its chief executive, Gary Dedoussis. Each member of the team brings a different, yet highly relevant set of skills and expertise. The group has demonstrated an excellent track record of results and fast paced growth in virtually all the projects they have managed, and are widely respected both inside and outside their fields of expertise.

The following is a brief synopsis of the management team's qualifications and accomplishments.

Gary Dedoussis - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Dedoussis brings a wealth of financial and operating experience to the CTS team. As CEO he is responsible for the day to day operation and execution of the business. In addition he directs and oversees the execution of the organization's sales and marketing strategies. Since joining the company Mr. Dedoussis has reshaped the sales focus to emphasize the indirect sales channel, which has resulted in a significantly increased the pipeline for closed and potential business. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Dedoussis spent 9 years at Datatec Systems Inc., serving most recently as the company's Senior Vice President of Operations. In this capacity, Mr. Dedoussis was responsible for delivery of Datatec's entire suite of deployment services to both its direct customers and indirect channel partners. Before joining Datatec, Mr. Dedoussis held the position of Vice President, General Manager for Bull HN Information Systems in Billerica MA. Mr. Dedoussis has also held senior financial and operating positions for Alerion Inc., The Ultimate Corp, and TRW Inc. Mr. Dedoussis holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Seton Hall University and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Eugene Skopal - Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Skopal has 30 years experience as a systems-level software and hardware designer. As CTO he is responsible for design and development the company's internal business management systems, and IT infrastructure. Mr. Skopal's unique blend of engineering and programming skills have provided for many automation initiatives utilizing software enabled tools to provide for better execution models and associated profit optimization. Before joining CTS in 2003, Mr. Skopal, as an independent consultant, created the software, and specialized hardware for several firms in need of automated solutions for deploying internetworking devices. Mr. Skopal has also designed and supported a round-the-clock, non-stop, national frame-relay network including Tandem and VAX mainframes, integral to the daily production of newspapers for a large newspaper chain, Copley Newspapers in La Jolla, CA. While at Copley Newspapers, Mr. Skopal created numerous automation tools that among other things, allowed the newspaper chain's network to be rapidly and reliably updated, remotely, by a single individual.

James J. Inzalaco - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Inzalaco has a BA in Accounting from Rutgers University and is CPA in New Jersey. He has 21 years of diversified financial and operational experience in the software, services and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Core Technology Solutions, Mr. Inzalaco has spent the last 12 years as a Controller and CFO in companies such as Winkler USA and Raytheon Electronics. In this role he has established himself as a key executive, creating and implementing strategic business initiatives. In addition, he spent approximately two years as a successful independent consultant for numerous start-ups in the technology industry (i.e. Hot Jobs, Economist, CMGI, etc.) In his role as a consultant he supported funding initiatives, developed infrastructure and created processes to enable businesses to scale successfully.

Brian Swenson - Director, Engineering
Mr. Swenson joined the Core Technology Solutions team in 2004. He has over 8 years of industry experience related to the installation, management, and engineering of network infrastructure and network hardware installation projects. Throughout his tenure at Core Technology Solutions, he has been instrumental in both the management and engineering of projects completed by CTS. Prior to joining Core Technology Solutions, Mr. Swenson was employed at Toys R Us, as a Project Manager in the Installations Services department. As Project Manager, he was responsible for managing the installation of the network infrastructure, and the staging and installation of the network hardware, in all new and relocated Toys R Us branded stores. Prior to joining Toys R Us, Mr. Swenson gained valuable industry experience as a Project Manager for MasTec Network Services. Working for MasTec, he gained valuable experience implementing network infrastructure and related equipment for several large enterprise end-users.
